I don’t know what C Phineas means.
But they kind of jam. They played at the Head Room Digital Studios last Jam night. ( I don’t know why it’s the last jam night). But it was. It was crowded. Lot’s of people ( lot’s of cute girls f0r a jingle studio according to my man Ed ). The music was very reminiscent of the mid 90′s funk that was ubiquitous in New York. But C or Phineas or whomever I’m going to over look the whiteboy rapping. Let that slide. But give your bass player a electric bass. The upright was not cutting threw at all. And from the horn section and the drummer I guessing you are a funk band. And by the look on the bass players face he was laying it down. Don’t shut him out.
Listen here:
Head-Room Digital seams like a top of the line facility that ( as owner Jerry Plotkin tells me) is focusing on Audio Post. Which is awesome cause I will have some projects coming up that I think Head Room could really make shine. All the rooms have natural light ( nice, they are on the 19th floor in the flat iron district). All rooms have 2 G5′s and a whole bunch of other shit set up for5.1 mixes.

Hey man, thanks for the comments. You dug our music enough to write about it and I thank you. Yes, some of us are white and play actual instruments. Which in this era of P-Diddy and T.I. makes us a funk band!? To be fair, I don’t really know what genre to put our music in either (how about good?). Anyway just wanted to thank you for putting up our link. Next time try to ignore the skin color and listen to the message.
Peace-

I was there and C Phineas was great. They were slamming and played a killing show.
